or user (“you,” “your”).

1- Introduction
● These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by Sky High Labs, including
digital, consulting, technical, and creative solutions.
● You attest that you accept this agreement by using our website, placing an order, signing
a contract, paying for it, or accepting a quotation.
● If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of our website and
services.

3- Use of Website & Services
By using our website or services, you agree:
● To follow all applicable local and international laws.
● Not to misuse our services for illegal or harmful activities.
● To provide accurate and updated information when contacting us or purchasing services.
● To refrain from attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt our systems.
● Not to engage in scraping, data harvesting, or unauthorized data extraction.
We reserve the right to block or restrict any user found violating these rules.
4- Intellectual Property Rights
All materials created by Sky High Labs, including:
● Website design and code
● Mobile applications
● Marketing strategies
● SEO plans
● Logos, graphics, branding elements
● Content, copywriting, illustrations
● Proprietary tools or systems
remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
After full payment:
● Copyright licenses are transferred to the client for their own business use only.
● Sky High Labs retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio, marketing
materials, website, and social media unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
5- Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
● Provide all required information, content, images, and materials on time.
● Ensure that all provided materials are owned by you or legally permitted for use.
● Approve or request revisions within the project timeline.
● Respond promptly to communication to avoid project delays.
● Unless we offer hosting, keep your own file backups.
Sky High Labs is not responsible for delays caused by the late submission of information or
slow communication.
6- Service Delivery & Scope of Work
● Every project has a clear scope of work that has been agreed upon by both parties via
email, contract, or quotation.
● Any new features, additional pages, modules, or revisions outside the agreed scope will
be charged separately.
● Delivery schedules are approximations that could change owing to client delays, design
modifications, or technical complexity.
● Development projects include limited revisions as specified in the proposal; additional
revisions may incur extra charges.
7- Payments, Billing & Terms
● Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule (e.g., 50% advance, 50% on
delivery).
● Work begins only after an advance payment is received.
● All fees are non-refundable unless specified under our Refund Policy.
● Late payments may delay delivery.
● Invoices not paid within the due date may attract late fees.
Failure to pay may result in:
● Suspension of ongoing work
● Removal of access to files or hosting
● Legal action if required
8- Third-Party Services & Integrations
Sky High Labs may use third-party platforms for:
● Hosting servers
● SMS and calling systems
● Email marketing tools
● Cloud storage
● Payment processing
● Analytics and SEO tools
● Plugins, APIs, and external software
Important:
● We do not control third-party service performance.
● We are not liable for downtime, errors, or policy changes of third-party providers.
● Use of such services may require acceptance of third-party terms.
9- Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
We agree to:
● Keep your information, business data, passwords, files, and project details confidential.
● Use your data only for project-related purposes.
● Restrict internal access to authorized team members only.
You also agree not to disclose:
● Our pricing
● Internal processes
● Source code
● Proprietary strategies
● Contracts and communication
Unless legally required.
10- Data Privacy
Your data is collected, processed, and secured according to:
● Pakistani data protection laws
● International privacy standards
● Our Privacy Policy (separate document)
Sky High Labs may store communication records, project files, and analytics for operational
purposes.
11- Revisions, Approvals & Final Delivery
● Revisions are provided as mentioned in the contract/proposal.
● Once you approve the final version and the project is handed over, any later corrections
may incur new charges.
● Sky High Labs is not responsible for future edits unless under a maintenance
agreement.
12- Warranty & Limitation of Liability
All services are provided “as-is” without guarantees such as:
● 100% bug-free software
● Permanent SEO rankings
● Uninterrupted hosting uptime
● Guaranteed marketing results
● Virus or cyber-attack immunity
We are not liable for:
● Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
● Downtime due to third-party systems
● Data loss caused by external factors
● Abuse, misconfiguration, or unauthorized modifications by the client
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total fee paid by the client.
13- Cancellation & Refund Policy
● Once a project has begun, the advance payment is non-refundable.
● Refunds may be considered only if:
○ No work has been delivered.
○ The service delivered is completely different from what was agreed.
● Sky High Labs reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet refund criteria.
If you cancel a project mid-way:
● All completed work remains our property until full payment is made.
● Additional payments may be required for work already completed.
14- Termination of Services
Sky High Labs may terminate your project or access to services if:
● Payments are not made on time.
● You misuse services or engage in illegal activities.
● You violate these Terms & Conditions.
● You behave abusively or unprofessionally.
● You attempt to damage our reputation or systems.
Upon termination:
● All project work is paused or removed.
● Access credentials may be restricted.
● Outstanding dues must be cleared immediately.
15- Portfolio & Marketing Usage
Unless you request otherwise:
● We may display your project in our portfolio.
● We may share case studies, designs, or screenshots.
● We may feature your brand on our website or social media.
This helps us showcase our work to future clients.
16- Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan, including:
● Pakistan Penal Code
● Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA 2016)
● Contract Act of Pakistan
● Intellectual Property Regulations
Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Karachi.
17- Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
